How do I pay for the Motorventures Ha Giang Loop tour?
Payment is collected in person when you check in at our office in Ha Giang City prior to your departure, unless you have made a special prepaid arrangement in advance. Once payment is made and your tour is confirmed, we do not issue refunds for personal cancellations.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, we do not require full payment online before you arrive. Payment will be collected directly when you check in at our Motorventures office in Ha Giang City. This allows you to meet your Easy Rider, inspect your motorbike, and confirm your route before starting your journey.
Mountain weather and travel plans can sometimes be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to our local guides, homestay partners, and mechanics, we enforce a strict but clear cancellation policy.

Once you have checked in, made your payment, and your tour is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind, personal schedule changes, or minor fatigue).
Your safety is our top priority. Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered only with our company's approval in special circumstances that directly affect your safety, such as:
- Severe flooding or landslides.
- Other extreme regional conditions.
Important Note: Even in these extreme cases, you are still required to cover the costs of any services that have already been used or arranged prior to the tour's cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, sleeper bus tickets from Hanoi, pre-booked accommodation, and meals. If your booking is confirmed but you fail to appear at the designated pick-up point (such as the bus meeting point in Hanoi) or at our Ha Giang office at the agreed time, your tour will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.
A.No, refunds are not issued for standard rain. The Ha Giang loop is a tropical mountain region where rain is common. We provide waterproof bags and high-quality raincoats for all riders. Tours are only cancelled or modified by Motorventures if the weather causes unsafe road conditions (like severe flooding or landslides).
A.If you cancel your tour for personal reasons, or if the tour is cancelled due to extreme weather after you have already used the bus service to get to Ha Giang, we cannot refund the cost of the bus ticket or any other previously used services.
