Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Ha Giang Motorventures, owned and operated by Huong Do Ltd. By booking a tour or using our website hagiangmotorventures.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once availability is agreed and acknowledged by Ha Giang Motorventures.

• Unless otherwise stated, payment is collected upon check-in at our office in Ha Giang City.

• Some tours or peak periods may require advance payment, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Once a tour is confirmed, it is non-refundable for personal cancellations.

• Prepaid bookings are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before departure.

• Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but guests may reschedule their tour free of charge, subject to availability.

• In cases of force majeure or safety-related conditions (such as floods or natural disasters), refunds may be considered after deducting any services already used, including transportation, accommodation, or meals.

• No-shows at the designated pick-up point or at our office will result in cancellation without refund.

3. Itinerary Changes

• Due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, Ha Giang Motorventures reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary.

• Any changes will be made with guest safety and overall experience as the top priority.

4. Health, Safety & Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in motorbike tours.

• Helmets and basic safety equipment are provided and must be worn at all times.

• Guests must follow instructions given by guides and easy riders.

• Ha Giang Motorventures is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage caused by guest negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including valuables.

• Luggage storage may be provided at our office at the guest’s own risk.

6. Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

• Insurance should cover motorbike activities, personal injury, medical treatment, and emergency evacuation.

7. Privacy & Personal Data

• We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected only for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes and is never sold or misused.

8. Photography & Media Use

• By joining our tours, guests agree that photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Ha Giang Motorventures.

• If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please inform us in advance.

9. Website Content

• All content on hagiangmotorventures.com is the property of Ha Giang Motorventures / Huong Do Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.
