Yes. If you plan to drive yourself, you must hold both a national driver’s license and an international driving permit (IDP) issued under the 1968 convention. Additionally, you are only permitted to operate a vehicle that corresponds to the class stated on your license. Failing to meet these requirements can result in fines ranging from 3 to 7 million VND 3 million for smaller vehicles and 5 to 7 million for larger ones. These are the basic self-driving requirements. For confirmation on whether you’re eligible to drive or upgrade your vehicle, our staff in Ha Giang will need to verify your documents.

Where will I sleep on the arrival night ?

You will stay overnight at our hotel on the arrival night. The tour will start at 8:30 AM the following morning
