You cannot carry large, heavy suitcases on a motorbike while navigating steep mountain passes. Motorventures solves this by providing free, secure luggage storage at our Ha Giang headquarters for all registered guests. You simply pack a small daypack for your journey and leave your heavy bags with us. Storage is valid only for the duration of your tour, and all bags must be clearly labeled before drop off.

Because the Ha Giang Loop requires navigating 10% to 12% mountain gradients on a motorbike, strict weight and space limits apply to what you can carry. For your safety and balance, you are required to travel with a backpack no larger than 40L.

Free luggage storage: Terms and Conditions

We offer luggage storage completely free of charge for the exact duration of your booked tour. To ensure a smooth process for all guests, the following policies apply to all stored items:

• Tour Duration Only: Luggage must be picked up immediately at the end of your tour. We do not offer extended storage beyond the completion of your itinerary.

• Labeling is Mandatory: Customers must clearly label all bags with their full name and tour dates before handing them to our staff.

• No Currency or Valuables: We strictly do not store currency. Please keep all cash, passports, and high-value electronics with you in your daypack.

• Inspection Upon Return: Customers are fully responsible for checking their belongings immediately upon returning to the office.

While our team does our absolute best to look after your belongings and secure our facilities, please be advised that all storage is used at your own risk.

• Lost Items: We are not liable for any lost items, though our team will fully assist in attempting to locate them if an issue arises.

• Luggage Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to your luggage, such as broken zippers, scuffed hard shells, or torn straps. Because there is no way for our team to verify the prior condition of a bag before it is handed to us, we cannot accept liability for wear and tear.
