How do I activate my Ha Giang Motorventures tour insurance? Complimentary travel insurance (up to 100,000,000 VND) is automatically included in your tour, but you must manually activate it by submitting your exact passport details. You can do this during the initial booking checkout screen. If you already booked, simply go to the "Insurance" tab on our homepage, pull up your reservation using your Booking Number or email, and enter your passport details there.

At Motorventures, your safety on the loop is our absolute top priority. That is exactly why complimentary travel insurance is already integrated into your tour package.

However, this coverage is not automatic. To legally activate this policy, you must provide accurate passport information for yourself and everyone in your group. If the information is incomplete, incorrect, or missing, we cannot register your insurance, and you will not be covered during the trip.

How to Register Your Passport Information

Depending on where you are in the booking process, follow the steps below to ensure you and your group are fully covered.

Scenario 1: You Are Currently Booking a New Tour

If you are in the middle of booking your adventure on our website, follow these exact steps before closing the page:

1. Book Tour: Select your preferred tour dates and package options.

2. Fill in Tour Info: Complete all required tour details (please ensure every field is filled out completely).

3. Submit: Click submit (you can also enter any affiliate or discount codes you have at this stage).

4. Confirm: Review and confirm your final booking details.

5. Enter Passport Details: Carefully type in the exact passport information for every single person in your group. It must match your physical passports perfectly.

6. Save: Click the save button at the bottom.

7. Done: Once the screen displays "Saved", your insurance information has been successfully registered!

Scenario 2: You Already Booked, But Forgot to Add Your Passport Info

If you rushed through the checkout process and forgot to add your passport details, do not worry! You can easily add them to your profile later.

1. Go to the Website: Navigate to the "Insurance" tab on the main Ha Giang Motorventures homepage.

2. Locate Your Booking: Search for your reservation using either your Booking Number (found in your confirmation email) OR the Email Address you used to make the booking.

6. Done: Once the screen displays "Saved", you are fully covered and good to go!
